Aderendo al Fondo SMA Modena è possibile stipulare una convenzione per la gestione del Fondo sanitario integrativo aziendale, a beneficio di tutti i dipendenti o di alcuni settori di attività. Le quote possono essere totalmente a carico dell’azienda o ripartite tra azienda e lavoratori.

A differenza degli altri Fondi integrativi, alla base del Fondo Pluriaziendale c’è l’adesione ad una Mutua Sanitaria, il che garantisce all’Impresa ed ai lavoratori Piani Sanitari personalizzati. Inoltre, la convenzione permette di estendere la fruizione del Piano sanitario ai famigliari conviventi del dipendente, nonché agli ex-lavoratori oggi in pensione.
